Welcome

Action for Community Ltd is a charity established in 2009, which proudly hosts the flagship community project Bradford Doulas; they offer practical and emotional support to pregnant mums six weeks before birth, during labour and six weeks after birth, through trained volunteers.

ACL is a sister organisation to Action for Business (Bradford) Ltd, which runs Carlisle Business Centre, and both organisations share common goals to improve the lives and wellbeing of residents in Manningham, as well as the wider Bradford district.
